"The Council employed John’s services to help set up its house-building programme. John helped the Council frame its development strategy leading to the appointment of our Development Agent. This was undertaken through a comprehensive OJEU procurement exercise.
Many of the sites that the Council has investigated for development have required negotiations with neighbouring land-owners or residents to unlock their development potential. John has used his negotiating skills on behalf of the Council resulting in sites now being developed where before it would not have been technically possible or economically viable.

We carried out some interim housing development work.
"John helped the association during a period of change at THCH.
John was employed for 8 months to assist in the delivery of the association’s development programme during a time when THCH was in a G2 and then G3 status with the HCA.
Of particular importance during this time was the management of a scheme on behalf of a small BME community based non-developing RP where THCH was the Development Agent.
This required technical skills but also skills to maintain a good and supportive working relationship with the smaller RP.
